Sunday we floated the Mulberry River. We floated from Wolf Pen to Byrd's Landing. The distance was 9.00 miles; the water was about 2.10 feet and cold. The trip took 4 hours and 45 minutes. We spent 3 hours and 3 minutes paddling; the rest was spent messing around on the river. Our average speed was 1.9 MPH with sunny skies and temperatures in the 80s. Four of us and three canoes made the trip. Zac and Melissa, Spencer and Wesley.
