I am not sure what is going on here but this guy was dancing around, banging a hand drum before he knelt to the ground in "prayer". I think this monkey is about to immolate himself Buddhist Monk style. I'll never know if he lit himself on fire or not because the traffic light turned green and I mashed the accelerator.
