Welcome to California. I am in Sacramento covering the NCAA Outdoor Track Championships this week.
I felt the urge and headed to the commode. I thought the sticker on the wall was funny because I consider anything you "dump" in a porta-potty as "hazardous material". I sure hope the feds aren't on my case after my visit to the pot. What a dumb sticker.
