I am proud to say I voted today and you should too!
I would share my votes here but I feel it may not be a good choice professionally since I do have to interact will all the local candidates, both those who I voted for and against, the winners and the losers, in the course of my business day...
So I will post a fun photo of Michelle I took a couple of years ago instead. She reminds me of Betsy Ross in this photo.
I feel good I have done my civic duty.

Blues!
Back home after a great vacation to the 2008 Arkansas Blues and Heritage Festival in Helena Arkansas. This year the weather was perfect and the music was awesome.
One of my favorite parts of the festival is getting to see all my “KBBF” friends.
These are people who have been, for the most part, attending the event for a lot longer than me. They organize into groups of friends, old and new, at the campground. Tent City is one of these “communities” complete with a Mayor and Ghost Town is another. These are great people who are some of the friendliest you could ever meet. This year, as in year’s past, we camped next to Paul and Burkett.
Our group seems to grow each year and I think we were christened with a name this time around but I am not sure what it was.
As always the music was not to be missed.
A yearly highlight for me is Pinetop Perkins.
Pinetop is a piano player who played with Muddy Waters for many years.
This year, as in years past, He and Bob Margolin performed together Friday afternoon.
Reba Russell sang.
I really like old Fender amps
And everyone had a great time.
Enjoy!
